Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised, one-to-one tuition tailored to the student''s needs and abilities
• Provide a structured yet flexible approach to learning
• Support the student''s emotional wellbeing and help manage anxiety
• Build a positive, trusting relationship to encourage engagement
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit SEN requirements

Requirements:

• Experience working with students with SEN, particularly autism and/or ADHD
• Understanding of anxiety and how it can impact learning
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Experience in tutoring or teaching at Key Stage 3 level
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
