We are delighted to partner with a leading Real Estate business in Grays, Essex to appoint a Health, Safety and Fire Manager. This is a full-time, site-based role and the salary is up to £60,000 per annum.Manage all Health, Safety and Fire matters on-site and develop a culture of continuous improvementPromote best practice and ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Fire legislationImplement the fire strategy, complete fire risk assessments and ensure all fire safety systems are fully operationalMake certain that training is completed by relevant stakeholders and assist with third party audits and maintain ISO standardsConduct incident and accident investigations, report near misses and manage contractorsLook over designs and ensure they comply with fire and health and safety regulationsQualifications and Experience:NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent level Health and Safety qualificationNEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalentExcellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skillsProperty, Retail, Facilities Management or Hospitality sector experience or a transferable industryAs the Health, Safety and Fire lead, you will work the occassional weekend on a rotational basis with the senior leadership team.
