Owning the Group Risk strategy and proposition nationally (predominantly domestic)Leading and mentoring a team of experienced consultantsTaking point on complex clients, RFPs, pricing and cross-sell initiativesDriving growth while keeping delivery sharp and scalableCollaborating across health, group risk, wellbeing and pensions to build joined-up solutionsRepresenting the firm externally through thought leadership and market presenceWhat you’ll need

Deep technical knowledge of Group Risk and employee benefitsProven experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholdersA commercial mindset and track record of growing revenueConfidence in both strategic thinking and hands-on deliveryYou can be based anywhere in the UK.
