This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for a strong leader with warehouse and transport experience.The Role:As a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operation throughout the night shift, ensuring a smooth handover to the next day team.Your duties will include:Managing and supporting the night warehouse teamActing as the main point of contact for night operations staffWorking closely with drivers and warehouse operatives throughout the shiftOverseeing loading and unloading of vehicles, including trucks and trailersSupervising cargo handling, including loading, unloading, and movement of goodsBuilding and breaking down palletsChecking paperwork against cargo to ensure accuracyEnsuring all health and safety procedures are followedManaging workload and prioritising tasks to meet deadlinesProviding a detailed handover to the incoming shift and operations teamCarrying out any other duties required by managementThe Ideal Candidate:Previous warehouse supervisory / team leader experienceExperience within transport and logisticsExperience managing a busy warehouse environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsGood knowledge of warehouse ..... full job details .....
