Hours of work will be 6.30am - 2.30pm or 10.30pm - 6.30am.The RoleAs Shift Manager, you''ll take responsibility for production activities across assigned shifts. You''ll lead teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality output, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all production activities during your shiftEnsure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality standardsMonitor performance metrics (output, downtime, waste, labour efficiency)Lead, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performance cultureUphold health and safety standards, investigating incidents promptlyConduct shift handovers and maintain accurate production recordsTroubleshoot operational issues and escalate where necessaryCollaborate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and other departmentsManage labour deployment, attendance, and resolve shift-level issuesSupport audits, inspections, and training sessionsLead, coach and oversee 15 - 20 operative per day.About YouWe''re looking for someone with:Proven supervisory or shift lead experience in food ..... full job details .....
