Job Description:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with theandnbsp;KS2 National Curriculum, with a focus onandnbsp;English,andnbsp;Mathematics,andnbsp;Science, andandnbsp;Humanities
- Foster a love of learning throughandnbsp;creative teaching strategies,andnbsp;cross-curricular links, andandnbsp;enquiry-based learning
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to track progress and inform planning
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and personal development
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;enrichment activities,andnbsp;school events, andandnbsp;collaborative projects
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching inandnbsp;Upper Key Stage 2andnbsp;(desirable but not essential)
- Be a reflective and adaptable practitioner with strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;skills
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;pupil wellbeing
- Possess excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisational, andandnbsp;interpersonalandnbsp;skills
