About the Role You will lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through to contract delivery across the business including support packages, training, and long-term service agreements. A key focus of this role is engagement within military and defence environments, so experience selling into or operating within military, MoD, or government-backed programmes will be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Sales Manager with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding revenue and margin targets. You will have experience of managing complex, long-cycle sales pipelines and will have first class negotiation and relationship building skills.
