Roles and Responsibilities

Staff Management:Hiring, training, supervising, and motivating staff members.Customer Service:

Ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing complaints, and maintaining high standards of service.Operational Oversight:

Managing daily operations, including front of house, housekeeping, food service, and other departments.Financial Management:

Supporting budget planning, cost control, and managing inventory.Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and organisational policies.Communication:

Communicating effectively with staff, customers, and management.Performance Management:

Evaluating staff performance, setting targets, and providing coaching and support.Reporting:

Preparing reports for senior management on key operational metrics and issues.Event Management:

Assisting with event planning, execution, and post-event analysis.Problem Solving:Addressing and resolving operational issues promptly and effectively.
