Deliver high-quality financial services to senior stakeholders across all Service Areas, aligning with the Council''s vision and values. Act as the principal point of contact and support for the High Needs Block allocations, offering effective support and challenge to senior colleagues. Collaborate closely with senior customers to provide clear and unambiguous monthly and quarterly financial monitoring information. Prepare robust and detailed forecasts of financial outturn. Person Specification Strong understanding of relevant legislation and financial reporting standards. Ability to deliver high-quality financial services and maintain professional relationships with senior stakeholders. Proven experience in financial forecasting and monitoring. Excellent communication skills to provide clear financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to support and challenge senior colleagues effectively.
