Providing on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printersSupporting office tech including workstations and meeting room equipmentAssisting with onboarding and offboarding of staffTravel between offices to deliver field support and ensure smooth operationsHelping colleagues with IT projects and wider team initiativesWhat we’re looking for

1–2 years’ experience in IT support or service deskKnowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and desktop/laptop setupStrong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approachGood communicator, confident working with different teamsFull UK driving licence (own car preferred)Experience in professional services (finance, legal, consulting) is a plusWhy join us?
