As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work closely with production teams to:Solve production challenges and bottlenecksImprove processes, methods, and tooling to optimise outputDeliver capital projects from concept to introductionDesign jigs, fixtures, test equipment, and tooling as requiredCreate and maintain standard operating procedures and process control documentsSupport quality assurance and safety complianceMonitor KPIs, identify cost reduction opportunities, and drive continuous improvementBe comfortable working in an environment with energetic/explosive materialsYou will play a pivotal role in enhancing shop floor safety, quality, productivity, and the successful introduction of new products.
