Senior Cloud Engineer . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but highly experienced team that delivers expert Microsoft-based cloud solutions for a range of clients.You''ll play a key role in delivering secure, efficient, and well-supported cloud infrastructure, primarily around Microsoft technologies. You’ll also support infrastructure improvements, lead certain customer interactions, and be a technical point of contact for both internal colleagues and external partners.Key Responsibilities:Cloud and Infrastructure DeliveryConfigure, deploy and maintain cloud environments.Create and maintain deployment and reporting scripts.Lead firewall configurations and updates (FortiGate preferred).Manage security/network documentation and updates.Customer Engagement and SupportAct as a trusted point of contact for assigned clients.Communicate technical changes clearly while staying within scope and budget.Contribute to feedback loops between the business and clients.Skills and Experience Required:Technical Must-HavesSolid hands-on experience with SharePoint setup and permission management.Strong understanding of O365 Conditional Access.Ability to investigate and remediate compromised accounts.Experience with MDM tools and deployment.Familiarity with firewalls (FortiGate ideal).Exposure to Power BI and PowerShell (desirable).Professional ExperienceBackground in a helpdesk / support environment (MSP experience preferred).Proven ability to manage projects and client expectations.Confidence in client-facing situations, with excellent communication skills.
