T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/ FLT Driver to join our client based in Castle Donington on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Our client is a leader within their industry and due to a period of growth are looking to expand their team.

Warehouse Operative/ FLT Driver Job Details and Benefits;

• £13 per hour
• Annual Bonus when permanent
• Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
• 28 days holiday (Inc Bank holidays)
• Temporary to Permanent Position

Warehouse Operative/ FLT Driver Responsibilities;

• Using Counterbalance, Reach and order picking mhe to perform job duties
• Maintain inventory by placing finished products in stock, recording location, quantity, and control number of products; May also do stock counts as requested.
• Prepare orders by pulling and verifying products listed on packing slip or other shipping documents. Preparing pallets and loading products as required for dispatch.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment
• Unloading pallets, checking lot numbers and maintaining general stock control
• Work overtime if requested to meet needs and deadlines.
• Work as part of a team to help manage daily plans, accurately meeting and exceeding productivity.
• Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks

Warehouse Operative/ Driver Person Specification;

• Must have in date Counterbalance & Reach Licence
• 3+ years of Forklift operating experience
• Attention to detail, dependable, achieving high performance work ethics.
• Must be able to make timely decisions and meet standard goals.
• Must be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
