An established and growing property investment and management business is seeking a full-time Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to join its team.This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week (9:30am - 5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break), including at least two weekend days per month.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of lettings and property management duties, including:Travel and visiting properties in areas such as; Bradford, Leeds, Rochdale, Manchester, Pudsey, Liverpool, Lancaster, Wigan and ChorleyYou will be required to work from the office in Rochdale for the first 2 weeks before working from home there on.Conducting property viewingsPreparing snagging lists and reporting maintenance requirementsCompleting inventories and check-out reportsManaging move-in and move-out appointmentsLiaising with and instructing contractorsSupporting the ongoing management of a residential property portfolioInitially, the role will be office-based.
