Senior Client Accountant - Team Lead - Property IndustryLocation: Central LondonSalary: £50,000 - £60,000Hybrid: 3 days office based Our client is a leading property management business seeking an experienced Senior Client Accountant to join their growing finance team. The role requires strong property accounting experience across commercial assets e.g. office space, retail, shopping centres etc. The function of the role is the delivery of financial and property reporting for a range of clients and properties across a diverse portfolio. The Senior Client Accountant will work within a team in line with tasks detailed below:Responsibilities: Deliver accurate client reporting, including standard and client specific reports, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are metPrepare audit packs and full statutory accountsReconcile client reports including VAT and client statementsPrepare VAT reports and returns in line with Making Tax Digital requirementsAct as the primary point of contact for client finance queries, providing clear support and adviceWork closely with Surveying and internal teams to ensure all client deliverables are achievedPerform detailed balance sheet reviews, completing remedial work with clear supporting commentaryManage client and property cash flow and funding requirementsLead annual service charge reviews, liaising with Asset Managers and Service Charge teams to ensure best practice complianceEnsure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and governance ..... full job details .....
