We''re looking for compassionate Night Waking Residential Child Care Workers to join their supportive residential team. This is a rewarding opportunity to help provide a safe, nurturing environment during the crucial overnight hours. About the Role: Work overnight to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils in residence Monitor sleeping children and respond appropriately to any needs that arise Carry out basic domestic duties and record-keeping as required overnight Maintain a calm, consistent, and reassuring presence for the children Support pupils in line with individual care plans and safeguarding protocols Who We''re Looking For: A patient, reliable, and caring individual with a genuine passion for supporting children Experience in residential or childcare settings is desirable A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People''s Workforce (or equivalent) is preferred-but training can be provided for the right candidate Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to safeguarding Someone who is resilient, observant, and able to remain calm under pressure What the School Offers: A warm, experienced team with outstanding leadership Access ..... full job details .....
