This role is a critical turnaround position, requiring a strong leader who can drive improvements and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.Responsibilities of the Role: Lead, manage, and support staff to deliver high-quality care in line with regulatory standards. Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies across the home. Drive service improvement with a focus on improving Ofsted ratings. Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and all statutory requirements. Support staff development, supervision, and performance management. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.To be successful in the role you will have: Previous experience managing a children''s residential home. Strong knowledge and proven experience of PBS. A demonstrable track record of turning services around, particularly improving Ofsted ratings.
