Key responsibilities include: Cutover Planning: Develop and manage detailed cutover plans and runbooks.Execution Management: Lead cutover execution and monitor progress with precision.Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with teams to ensure readiness and alignment.Risk Mitigation: Identify and address risks proactively.System Validation: Validate system performance and data integrity post-transfer.Documentation: Author technical documentation and standard procedures.Post-Go-Live Support: Provide support and resolve issues as they arise.
