With 200 indoor covers and a further 230 outside, this is a big, busy, food-led site that will be a true community hub. Expect a fresh, seasonal menu, classic pub favourites with a premium twist, and a kitchen team youll help hand-pick and lead.

As Head Chef, you will:Take full ownership of the kitchen operation, from prep to passLead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver consistent, top-quality foodCreate a positive kitchen culture with strong training, support and communicationDrive and maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness and complianceWork closely with the General Manager and Operations Chef to hit targets and maximise kitchen performanceHave input into menu development and specials, showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredientsManage stock, wastage and GP

and ensure everything runs like clockwork during service
