This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled TA who is confident providing 1:1 support and managing challenging behaviour within a SEND setting. Role Details: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Afternoons only Monday to Friday Primary School setting Stockport area Essential Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Proven experience working 1:1 with children with SEND Strong behaviour management skills, including supporting pupils with challenging behaviour Patient, resilient and proactive approach Ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils'' academic progress, emotional regulation and social development, helping them to access learning in a safe and structured environment.
