The role involves carrying out electrical installations, repairs, testing, and maintenance works in both occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard and in line with current regulations.Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical installations, repairs, fault finding, testing, and certification. Complete first and second fix electrical works to a high standard. Work professionally in occupied properties while maintaining respect for tenants. Ensure all electrical work complies with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) , building regulations, and health and safety requirements. Liaise with site supervisors and tenants to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times. Ensure a high level of customer service is undertaken at all times.Requirements Proven experience as an electrician . NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification. Inspection and Testing (2391 or equivalent) desirable.
