Axon Moore is recruiting a successor to a Divisional Finance Director in Worsley. This will be a short-term transition from ''Finance Manager'' to ''Divisional Head of Finance'' as the incumbent provides a handover within a 12-24 month period.

The new Finance Manager / Head of Finance will have the opportunity to establish themselves early on and with the support of a thorough handover before they''re released to step up and lead the division from a financial perspective.

Responsibilities

Manage all financial and management accounts for the division across multiple geographic regions.

Help integrate a new ERP system and optimise it for commercial insight.

Work with private equity investors to understand reporting requirements and recruit a ''best in class'' finance department.

Develop a wider suite of MI beyond month end, providing visibility into different risks and opportunities within the division.

Head up a range of transformation projects on the back of new investment.

Key requirements

Candidates must be qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA (Essential)

Distribution or Manufacturing experience (Essential)

Experience working in a large business background across several entities (Essential)

Experience of project work e.g ERP implementations (desirable)
