A successful, award-winning multi-disciplinary design company with locations in Northwood, Middlesex, and Watford, Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join their dynamic and creative team. The company specialises in high-end residential and developer projects, offering a full spectrum of design services including complete interior design solutions, show home design and installation, RIBA Chartered architectural services, interior architecture consultancy, bespoke furniture, lighting and interior design showroom, a tiling studio with unique selections, and a comprehensive design and build service. The role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Daily Duties
- Report directly to the Design Director
- Support private client and show home interior design briefs
- Source, design, and implement interior schemes for clients
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and proposals to a high standard
- Liaise with suppliers and the in-house Customer Service team
- Work on pricing, quotations, client budgets, and costings
- Design show homes and collaborate on larger projects with the broader team
- Undertake surveys and measurements as required
- Assist in managing workflow and team coordination
- Attend client meetings, installations, and manage onsite fitting teams
- Contribute to generating new business and maintaining client relationships
Ideal Candidate
- Over several years'' experience in interior design for private residential, developer, and show home projects
- Strong FF&E experience across a range of price points
- Excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and creative skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other 3D modelling packages
- Knowledge of residential furniture and lighting sales, including UK and European brands, advantageous
- Understanding of fabrics, wallpapers, and sourcing trips; willing to travel locally to sites and warehouses
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage junior and intermediate team members effectively
- Own car essential
- Resilient, able to prioritise tasks, manage conflicting demands, and work under pressure
- Confident and personable with clients, demonstrating conviction and professionalism
