About the role: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised assistance to students with special educational needs.Your primary responsibility is to offer tailored support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential within the school environment.Working alongside a class teacher and a team of experienced support staff to assist with the general day-to-day running of the classrooms.
