Your responsibilities will include:Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch support to all licensees, ensuring their needs are met for a productive and successful business environment.Vendor Management: Monitor and manage supplier and contractor renewals, including but not limited to Buildings Insurance, Energy providers, and refuse collection. Collaborate with the Finance Director to secure the best prices.Building Oversight: Ensure that all building services, such as Emergency Lighting, Alarms, and Boiler maintenance, are performed timely and efficiently.
