Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Year 1 (ASD, Down Syndrome and ADHD Support)Brent Immediate Start 105- 120 per day Long-Term RoleWe are seeking a compassionate, patient and proactive Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support three children in Year 1, each with an EHCP and individual learning needs. You will work closely with teaching and SEN staff and follow bespoke timetables. You will support pupils with Autism, Down Syndrome and ADHD. Two children require nappy changing, and all follow structured routines and personalised learning plans. This role requires empathy, resilience and a nurturing approach to help each child make progress academically, socially and emotionally.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small-group supportWork towards EHCP targets and implement bespoke learning plansSupport personal care needs including nappy changingImplement structured and sensory-based routinesSupport behaviour and emotional regulation strategiesWork collaboratively with SENCO, therapists and class staffAbout the School: A supportive and inclusive primary school in Brent with strong SEN provision.
