Interim MandE Surveyor Salary: £300 - £350 per day umbrella Location: Essex Contract: ongoing interim We re working in partnership with a housing provider based in Essex to recruit a building safety focused MandE Surveyor to join them on an interim basis. . This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled surveyor with expertise in building safety and MandE surveying to play a key role in maintaining safe, sustainable, and high-quality homes for residents. The Role As an MandE Surveyor, you ll be responsible for assessing properties and equipment, specifying works and managing works processes. You ll ensure homes remain safe, compliant, and in excellent condition providing a service that delivers real value for money and excellent customer outcomes. Working with a level of autonomy, you ll make day-to-day operational decisions to ensure service performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with organisational maintenance and safety standards.
