Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
