As an Investment Funds Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on the structuring, formation, and regulation of private funds. Your responsibilities will include:Advising clients on the structuring and formation of private investment fundsProviding regulatory guidance on fund management and compliance mattersDrafting and reviewing fund documentation, including partnership agreements, offering memoranda, and subscription documentsCollaborating with cross-practice teams on complex fund-related transactionsDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationships by offering tailored, practical legal solutionsYour Profile
