Generous salary and benefitsLovely team Are you an experienced Estate Administration (Private Client) Secretary looking to join a thriving, professional private client team where your skills are truly valued?This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and personable Estate Administration Secretary to become a key part of a growing department within a well-established, 80+ employee practice based in Orpington .If you enjoy client interaction, managing matters from enquiry through to completion, and working in a supportive yet professional environment - this could be the perfect next step.About the role As an Estate Administration Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for new private client enquiries and play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth client journey.Key responsibilities include: Handling all new client enquiries with professionalism and empathyUnderstanding client needs and coordinating initial meetings with a solicitorSending out documentation and managing AML/ID checksOpening and closing files on the case management systemSupporting matters once clients have signed upEnsuring end-of-matter processes are completed, including billing and final administrationLiaising confidently with clients, many of whom are mature and require a sensitive approach This is a full-time position, although 3, 4 or 5 days will be considered.
