to join the kitchen team at a newly launched, high-end restaurant situated within a luxury hotel in Central London.This is a rare opportunity to be part of a flagship opening, delivering exceptional cuisine in a refined and innovative culinary environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishesWork closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain high culinary standardsFollow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure uniformity and excellenceMaintain cleanliness and organisation in your section, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocolsTrain and mentor junior team members within your sectionAssist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction as requiredContribute ideas for menu development and seasonal updates
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to step upBackground in high-end, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environmentsStrong technical cooking skills and a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredientsHighly organised, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressurePositive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and growKnowledge of HACCP and food safety best practicesExperience in a pre-opening or new launch environment is a plus
