As an interim Strategic Lead for Organisational Design, Change and Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how WMCA works, leads, and grows. Reporting directly to the Chief People and Culture Officer, you will lead a high-performing team across organisational development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and change management.
