We are seeking an experienced

Network Security Engineer

with strong

Zscaler expertise

to support the secure deployment of

Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)

within an enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role that will see you working across multiple teams and with external partners to deliver a seamless and secure access solution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Zscaler Deployment

– Lead the rollout of ZPA, ensuring secure remote access to corporate resources.

Monitoring and Diagnostics

– Use

Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)

to monitor performance, detect issues, and resolve incidents.

Troubleshooting and Support

– Provide expert-level technical support to operations and service desk teams.

Documentation and Knowledge Transfer

– Create clear knowledge base articles, runbooks, and technical guides.

Collaboration

– Work closely with infrastructure, security, identity, and applications teams to ensure smooth integration.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with

Zscaler technologies

(ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).

Strong knowledge of

networking protocols, enterprise connectivity, and security principles .

Demonstrable

troubleshooting and problem-solving

expertise.

Confident communicator – able to translate complex technical details into clear language for diverse teams.

SC clearance

(active or eligible) is required.

Nice-to-Haves

Zscaler certifications (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).

Familiarity with

cloud security architectures

and services.

Knowledge of

identity and access management

(Azure AD, SAML, SCIM).

Understanding of

ITIL processes

(incident, change, problem management).
