Property Maintenance Manager , you will be responsible for a small number of
very high-end properties
in the UK Property Portfolio, providing an exceptionally high level of service to discerning tenants. You will
treat each property as if it were your own . You will
learn about the operations and performance
of all equipment, settings and service requirements, and will have
in depth working relationships
with key suppliers and contractors to maintain effective operation of the properties.The team are professional,

UK Property Portfolio – Management of complex large family properties, meeting the planned maintenance programme, controlling costs whilst maintaining standards and interfacing with tenants.After Sales – Supporting new owners of new-build properties during the first year of ownership to the same level of service and following the planned maintenance programme.Refurbishment Projects – Liaising with the construction team for existing UK Property Portfolio remodelling and/or new property acquisitions added to the UK property portfolio.Estate Management – our client operates a serviced let estate that includes a Grade II Listed and restored property and further supporting accommodation, and an additional complementary property with five further support accommodation properties, office and stables accommodation.Personal specification
Experienced in high end residential property management and letting administration, particularly private estate managementUniversity degree preferredHard working and personableAbility to interface at senior level and in management of key relationshipsExcellent personal and business communications skillsStrong commercial acumenStructured in approach to planning and implementationVery high attention to detail and able to retain a high volume of complex informationSelf-starter and with well-developed team player skillsCalm and measured under pressure as issues ariseFrench speaking would be highly beneficialCar owner and able to travel to all properties as required.This exciting opportunity
will come with a
basic salary of £40,000 to £45,000.Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.Seniority level
