PERMANENT PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER/MANAGER MILTON KEYNES 45-48KWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage and lead the day to day operation of the site. A varied role as outlined below:-Daily duties are likely to involve:-Work with other internal departments to support the delivery of the production plan including overseeing the warehouse.Manage, develop and coach all members of the team including having training plans in place.Review and control materials including stock levelsEnsure Health and Safety, quality and hygiene standards are maintainedManage KPI s, costs and accountability involving the team and ensuring they understand the importanceResolve any customer complaints around standards and delivery expectations and regularly review productsEnsure sufficient staffing is available to produce expectations of the customerLiaise with internal departments including HR in regard to recruitment, staffing and any grievance whilst reviewing absence levelsIn return, what we need from you:-Similar experience to the above and coming from a hand on production backgroundMUST HAVE blow moulding or injection moullding experienceStrong I.T skills for reportingDemonstrate that you have previous experience of achieving KPI s, motivating a team and communicating at all levels.Working a 4 on/4 off shift, (x2 days, 6am - 6pm, followed by x2 nights, 6pm - 6am, followed by x4 off)So, if you are interested and want an immediate opportunity, please apply immediately with your cvThank you for your interest in this position.
