Job Description

Location:

London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

We are seeking an experienced

RPA Developer

with strong expertise in

Microsoft Power Automate

to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify opportunities for automation, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions that integrate with existing enterprise systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy

RPA solutions using

Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop) .

Integrate automations

with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Maintain, monitor, and optimize

existing automations to ensure high availability and performance.

Collaborate

with business teams to gather requirements, document processes, and translate them into automation solutions.

Ensure compliance

with security, governance, and data protection standards while developing solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve

automation issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.

Stay updated with the latest

Microsoft Power Platform

and

RPA

features, advising the team on best practices and new opportunities.

Required SkillsStrong experience in

developing and deploying RPA solutions

using

Microsoft Power Automate .

Proven ability to integrate Power Automate workflows with

third-party systems and applications .

Solid understanding of automation lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and support.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a

hybrid environment

(2 days per week onsite in London).

Nice to HaveHands-on experience with

Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

for UI-based automation.

Scripting knowledge in

PowerShell

or

Python

for advanced automation needs.

Experience in

API integration

(REST, SOAP) for connecting diverse systems.

Familiarity with

AI Builder

or other AI/ML tools to enhance automation capabilities.

Exposure to the wider

Microsoft Power Platform

(Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
