A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Site Manager-in relation to an upcoming-development-in Weston Super-Mare.-

Your new company are-a regional Civil Engineering and Building contractor, who-carry out turnkey Main Contract, Civil Engineering, Commercial, and Industrial Building projects. They also-deliver specialist Groundwork & Plant packages.-

Additional information / duties:-

• 16X-Commercial / Industrial units
• You will be responsible for day to day running of site, along with H&S, and maintaining a clean and tidy site.
• Be able to maintain records and systems around contract, programme, and quality (looking to achieve BREEAM rating).
• Contract commences-early August or before, with site starting towards the end of that month.
• SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Degree level qualifications are essential.-
