Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 + DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (School hours considered)

About the Company
Working for an independent, well-established property company with over 100 branches nationwide. This role is based within a small, close-knit team in Bristol, managing a portfolio of student lets.

Main Duties

Manage a portfolio of over 90 student properties in Bristol

Handle all tenant and landlord emails professionally and promptly

Ensure all maintenance issues are addressed and resolved efficiently

Conduct regular property visits, meeting both landlords and tenants

Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders at all times

Act as the main point of contact for all property-related queries and issues

Support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Skills and Experience

Property Management Experience: Previous experience managing residential or student properties

Organised and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously

Communication Skills: Confident and professional in dealing with landlords, tenants, and colleagues

Problem Solving: Quick to identify issues and provide solutions efficiently

Customer-Focused: Committed to delivering excellent service and maintaining professional relationships

IT Proficiency: Comfortable using property management software, email, and other digital tools

Self-Motivated and Reliable: Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
