This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored, psychologically informed support to residents at risk of homelessness, helping them build confidence and develop skills for independent living. What you''ll be doing: Offering low to medium support through 1-2-1 sessions to 12 residents (men and women aged 18-65) in two six-bedroom houses. Assisting residents to sustain their tenancies and work towards securing permanent housing. Supporting individuals to develop life skills, confidence, and independence. Working within a supportive, values-driven environment. Building positive relationships with residents, encouraging personal growth and resilience. What you''ll bring: Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills. Ability to deliver tailored support to diverse individuals.
