Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist material handling engineering company who are looking for a Senior Design Engineer. The company design and manufacture a variety of machinery and systems used in the manufacturing sector. Working in a highly skilled and experienced team this role will be a senior position to design and develop products from concept to commissioning.Responsibilities

Producing detailed designs of machineryProviding technical advice internally and to customersDeveloping systems around the machinery for full materials processingEnsuring structural and mechanical engineering calculations are validatedDeveloping new generations of productsRequirements

A mechanical design or system design background and experienceA relevant engineering degreeExperience of working in a manufacturing technical engineering environmentExperience of communicating with customersA sound knowledge of mechanical principles and calculations
