Support Manager

OverviewERP Support Manager (ERP, Application Support, Stock Management) - Join a growing ERP software leader with clear progression routes and hybrid working!
2 days per month in Milton Keynes.
This is a chance to run an ERP support team and act as a line manager for an ERP vendor.
Responsibilities
Manage the ERP support team and the queue across first, second and third line support.
Conduct appraisals and interviews.
Organise training schedules.
Roster management.
Participate in customer meetings.
Negotiate SLAs.
Report to the operations director.
Help ensure the team functions well with low staff turnover and support the Operations director as a new role taking on responsibility.
Ideal background / Qualifications
Strong background in application and ERP support management.
Experience as a support manager for another ERP vendor is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP products such as Kerridge, OGL, Epicor, IRIS, OneAdvanced, Infor, Priority ERP, Sage 200, Sage Intacct, Sage X3, Business Central, Orderwise, or other ERP solutions.
Additional InformationThe team functions well and has very limited staff turnover. This is a new role to take the weight of responsibility from the Operations director.
