You ll be joining a small, supportive care home where nights are about comfort, dignity, and vigilance, not chaos. The Role Shifts: Nights Hours: Rota-based Requirement: Valid NMC registration What You ll Be Doing Leading the night shift calmly and confidently Providing person-centred care with warmth and reassurance Monitoring residents wellbeing throughout the night Administering medication and maintaining accurate records Responding effectively to any changes or concerns Supporting residents who may feel anxious, unsettled, or confused at night What We re Looking For You ll be someone who is: Calm, warm, and reassuring especially when it s quiet Confident working independently overnight A strong communicator with a caring, gentle approach Genuinely interested in supporting older people You ll also have: Valid NMC registration Experience in elderly care (dementia/end-of-life desirable) Confidence leading a night shift Good IT skills (electronic care planning experience is a ..... full job details .....
