Our client is looking for an enthusiastic-individual to join their ever expanding-team as a customer service advisor.-

Ideally you will have a background in some form of face to face customer service whether that is from retail, hospitality or a call centre background or have worked anywhere else where you have had to deal with the public-both face to face and on the phone.-

You must be keen to learn and develop, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and like dealing with-people!-

You MUST have your own transport and hours are Monday to Friday only 8.30am to 5pm

The role will involve:

• Taking orders.
• Dealing with queries regarding orders and deliveries-by phone and email.-
• Speaking to customers on the phone.-
• Understanding and discussing products in depth.
• Inputting data onto their CRM system.
