A proven track record of success in phone-based sales is essential, and experience in home insurance is highly desirable. We offer expert training and a clear path to success in this role.

Insurance experience is great, but not essential.

Please Note:-This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, in Milton Keynes.

• Basic salary starting at -26k
• Uncapped 10% commission (OTE -35k+, with all current team members achieving this and beyond)

Responsibilities:

• Proactively sell suitable products and services to customers
• Focus on home insurance policies
• Manage customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
• Call customers who have directly enquired through the website, ensuring you are working with hot leads
• Handle a mix of 70% outbound and 30% inbound calls
• Develop an understanding and knowledge of the insurance market and our partners
