• Managing operatives’ productivity, performance, and quality through inspections and field-based support across the London region
• Overseeing contractor performance and compliance as a Service Manager, ensuring works are delivered to standard across London
• Driving customer satisfaction by resolving complaints efficiently and maintaining excellent service delivery standards in London
• Ensuring health & safety compliance and best practice across all repairs and maintenance activities as Service Manager in London

Requirements

• Trade qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with strong experience as a Service Manager or Supervisor within London repairs & maintenance
