Planner

Aqua-Tech are working with a leading engineering business who operate within the water sector, working on SW frameworks.

You will be the vital link between our departments, making sure every work order is planned with precision and customer focus. This role is your opportunity to be at the beginning of every project, translating requirements and expectations into clear, concise work instructions to avoid any misunderstandings.

Key Activities of the planner:

• Planning work activities for operational teams using various systems.

• Updating and maintaining records, providing regular program updates to ensure all work is on track.

• Acting as the first point of contact for operational colleagues, providing resolutions to any issues.

• Processing and submitting Traffic Management, footway, road closure, and permit requests.

• Monitoring work activities from start to finish, including the raising and closure of all notices and permits.

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that work requirements are fully understood and documented.

About the planner:

• You have relevant experience in a fast-paced environment where you''ve had to make quick decisions.

• You possess highly developed organizational and communication skills and enjoy dealing with lots of different people.

• You are computer literate and customer-oriented.

• Engineering experience is desirable.
