As a Head of Sales at Genie AI you’ll be joining us in a dynamic stage of our growth so you’ll face lots of different challenges. Doing Sales for an AI product is a fascinating challenge, so be prepared to adapt your skillset! Below is what we need you to do, it’s up to you on the how:Sales leadership : Build and scale our sales team, processes, and pipeline management from the ground upGo-to-market strategy : Define and execute our sales strategy across marketsCustomer acquisition : Drive outbound and inbound sales opportunities, moving prospects from interest to closed dealsRevenue growth : Own targets, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring sustainable ARR growthPartnership building : Establish and nurture strategic relationshipsSales enablement : Work with Marketing and Product to refine positioning, pricing, and collateral that accelerates deal velocity.This is how we’ll set you up for success and the outcomes we expect from you
