Corporate Associate
to join a highly regarded and growing Corporate team in London. This is a fantastic chance to work directly with Partners on a broad mix of
mid-market transactions
while enjoying genuine career development and exposure to high-quality clients.The RoleAs an Associate in this close-knit team, you’ll have responsibility for running your own deals, as well as supporting Partners on more complex matters. Work will include:Drafting and negotiating heads of terms, SPAs, APAs, disclosure letters and ancillary documentsManaging the disclosure process and preparing due diligence reportsHandling post-completion matters and ensuring smooth transaction deliveryAdvising clients across a broad mix of corporate work including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, reorganisations, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and investment mattersBuilding and developing client relationships, with active encouragement to get involved in business development initiativesAbout YouWe’re seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate with:Ideally
3–6 years PQE
