Team Leader – Multi Trade37 hours per week • £47,148 per annum • PermanentResponsibilities

Manage day-to-day performance and quality of a team of tradespeople and Sub-Contractors.Provide on-site resolution of complex issues and act as the first point of contact for operational staff and customers.Liaise with operational staff and customers while working collaboratively across the business to ensure effective allocation of resource and achieve first time fix.Motivate the team and be accountable for the timely and safe completion of works in line with policies and performance standards while maximising productive time.Deal with customer queries professionally and use management information and administrative systems to monitor, report and improve the service, driving up quality standards and customer satisfaction.Qualifications

Experience in construction techniques and maintenance work while keeping up to date with legislation.
