Project Manager Bristol The project manager role shall define the organisation, communicate with internal departments and suppliers, identify project risks and control measures, schedule project meetings, monitor project performance and communicate with the customers. The project manager shall ensure all requirements are in place and prepare for handover of the project for business as usual, identifying lesson learnt and recommendations to close the project. Project governance is provided at stage gate reviews and the project manager shall gain authority for each project to progress through the lifecycle of bid, initiate, mobilise, delivery and close-out.Reporting into the Senior Project Manager you will undertake Project Mobilisation activities for Light Maintenance, Heavy Maintenance workstreams and Facilities as assigned.What You ll Do:Responsible for all areas of assigned project delivery including not limited to:Tracking and reporting on performance against the project plan to agreed timescales.Recording and managing project issues and Risk.Support the HM Managers with the management of Project change.Tracking Project finance through periodic dashboard.Managing Stakeholders and Liaising with suppliers.Initiating Project closure, including conducting lessons learnt and benefits reviews.Coordinating Project meetings and managing subsequent actions.Ensuring HM Projects adhere to the processes, controls and structured detailed in the HM Process Document.Support and generate ..... full job details .....
